THREE KEY BUYER DECISIONS

Confirm the order.

Review the counter sample. Agree on price, MOQ and lead time.

Approve the PP sample.

Confirm the pre-production sample before bulk production starts.

Approve the TOP sample.

Shipment follows your TOP sample approval and completion of full inspection.

The sourcing process

Six steps.
Clear approval points.

From your physical reference sample to the final shipment, each stage has a defined purpose. We coordinate development, production and inspection around your agreed requirements.

Reference & requirements

Send your physical sample.

Send your reference sample to China. Share your target price, estimated quantity, required delivery date and any changes you would like us to review.

We assess the product details and clarify the requirements before developing a counter sample.

Sample & quotation

Review the counter sample.

We send a counter sample together with the proposed price, lead time and minimum order quantity. Your feedback helps us refine the product and discuss commercial terms.

Sample details and quotation terms are reviewed together—not in isolation.

Commercial agreement

Confirm your order.

Once the sample requirements and commercial terms are agreed, you confirm the order. We then prepare for the pre-production sample stage.

Buyer decision: Confirm the product requirements, price, MOQ and lead time.

Pre-production approval

Approve the PP sample.

We prepare a pre-production (PP) sample for your confirmation. Bulk production starts only after you approve this sample.

Approval required: PP sample approval comes before bulk production.

Production review & inspection

TOP sample.
Full inspection.

Before shipment, we send a top-of-production (TOP) sample for your review and coordinate full inspection of the bulk goods.

TOP sample review and full inspection are separate checks. Approval of a sample does not replace inspection of the order.

Final approval & delivery

Approve. Then ship.

After you approve the TOP sample and full inspection is completed, we arrange shipment under the agreed FOB or DDP terms.

Release conditions: TOP sample approved + full inspection completed.

From approval to dispatch

Delivery planned.
Details agreed.

We support FOB or DDP delivery, with the selected terms confirmed for your order.

Pricing, minimum order quantity and lead time are quoted for the specific product and project. Delivery arrangements are agreed before shipment so your buying team knows what to expect.

FOB DDP

Before you begin

A better brief.
A clearer starting point.

Your reference sample is the starting point. A few commercial details help us assess the project and prepare a relevant response.

Your sample

The physical reference and the product details you want to retain or change.

Target price

Your buying target and any key requirements affecting the quotation.

Order quantity

Estimated units and your preferred color or style breakdown.

Your delivery target, destination and preferred FOB or DDP terms.

Buyer questions

What happens
at each stage?

Does counter sample approval start bulk production?

No. After order confirmation, we prepare a separate PP sample. Bulk production begins only after your PP sample approval.

Does TOP sample approval replace full inspection?

No. The TOP sample is submitted for your review, while we coordinate full inspection of the bulk goods. Both steps form part of the pre-shipment process.

Can you confirm MOQ and delivery time upfront?

We provide the proposed MOQ and lead time with the counter sample quotation. These details depend on the product and your project requirements and are agreed before order confirmation.

How do I start a project?

Email your product category, reference details, estimated quantity and target timing. We will discuss the requirements and coordinate the next steps for sending your physical sample.
